Flight prices have increased due to the cancellation of more than 100 flights of Tata Group-owned Vistara Airlines currently. Facing anger from pilots, the airline reduced its capacity to 25 to 30 flights a day, or 10%. An analysis by travel site Ixigo showed that some flight prices increased by up to 39 percent in the period April 1-7 compared to the period March 1-7. During this period, the one-way fare of Delhi-Bengaluru flights increased by 39% per cent during this period , while Delhi-Srinagar flights increased by 30%.

According to the analysis, the fare increase was 12 per cent in case of Delhi-Mumbai flight services and eight per cent in case of Mumbai-Delhi services. Bharat Malik, senior vice president (aircraft and hotel business), travel portal Yatra Online, said the average airfares are estimated to increase between 20-25 per cent in the current summer flight schedule, covering both domestic and international routes.

Malik said, “Vistara’s decision to cut flights by 10 per cent has impacted ticket prices on major domestic routes. We have seen a significant increase in fares. Delhi-Goa, Delhi-Kochi, Delhi-Jammu and Delhi-Srinagar. As prices on major routes have increased by about 20-25 per cent.”

He said that one of the main reasons for the increased air fares is the reduction in flight operations by Vistara. Apart from this, increasing demand for summer travel along with rising fuel costs has also played a role in increasing fares. राष्ट्रीय शिक्षा नीति-2020 देश के लिए राष्ट्रीय प्राथमिकता के रूप में बुनियादी स्तर पर बच्चों के सीखने की शक्ति और समझ विकसित करने की सिफारिश करती है। पहले यानि मूलभूत चरण में सभी बच्चों (3 से 8 वर्ष के बीच) के लिए पांच साल सीखने के अवसर होते हैं, जिसमें तीन साल की प्री-स्कूल शिक्षा और दो साल की प्रारंभिक प्राथमिक ग्रेड-I और ग्रेड- II शामिल हैं।

खबर आपको यह भी बता दें कि मंत्रालय का कहना है कि यह केवल anganwadis या government/government-aided प्राप्त, private and non-governmental organizations द्वारा संचालित स्कूल पूर्व (pre-school) केंद्रों में पढ़ने वाले सभी बच्चों के लिए तीन वर्ष की गुणवत्तापूर्ण शिक्षा तक पहुंच सुनिश्चित करके ही किया जा सकता है।

जो बयान मिला है उसके अनुसार, शिक्षा मंत्रालय के स्कूल शिक्षा और साक्षरता विभाग ने इस दृष्टि पर अमल करने के लिए 9 फरवरी 2023 के एक पत्र के माध्‍यम से सभी राज्य सरकारों और केंद्र शासित प्रदेशों के प्रशासनों को प्रवेश के लिए अब आयु को समान रूप से 6+ वर्ष करने तथा 6+ वर्ष की आयु में पहली कक्षा में प्रवेश देने के निर्देशों को दोहराया है।

आपको बता दें कि Punjab and Haryana में liquor के low prices होने की वजह से Himachal में शराब तस्करी की संभावनाएं बढ़ जाती हैं। पूर्व में पंजाब सरकार ने चुनाव के दौरान जुलाई महीने में शराब की नई पॉलिसी और दाम लागू कर दिए थे। इनमें शराब की कीमतों में 30 फीसदी तक की कमी लाई गई थी। इस वजह से सीमावर्ती इलाकों में तस्करी की संभावनाएं बढ़ गई थी, लेकिन इस बार यह दाम 31 मार्च को ही तय होंगे।

पड़ोसी राज्यों में शराब नीति के तहत आगामी वित्तीय वर्ष के लिए जो नियम तय होंगे, हिमाचल में भी दाम उनके आसपास ही तय किए जाएंगे। प्रदेश में शराब के दाम तय करने को लेकर हलचल शुरू हो गई है और बेहद शुरुआती दौर में गुरुवार को एक अहम बैठक का भी आयोजन शिमला में हुआ है। इस बैठक में आबकारी एवं कराधान विभाग ने प्रदेश भर के लाइसेंसधारकों के साथ वित्तीय वर्ष को लेकर चर्चा की। राज्य कर एवं आबकारी विभाग की के प्रधान सचिव भरत खेड़ा ने इसकी अध्यक्षता की है। इस चर्चा के दौरान शराब तस्करी रोकने, नियंत्रित दाम पर शराब बेचने, लाइसेंस धारकों को मुनाफे के साथ ही सरकार को भी राजस्व में बढ़ोतरी पर चर्चा हुई है।

शराब की तस्करी रोकने पर जोर

आबकारी एवं कराधान विभाग के प्रधान सचिव भरत खेड़ा ने कहा कि प्रदेश के राजस्व को बढ़ाने एवं विभाग की नीति अनुसार व्यापार संचालन पर बल दिया जाएगा। इस मौके पर प्रत्येक जिला से आए आबकारी लाइसेंसियों ने अपने-अपने सुझाव दिए। इसके अतिरिक्त, प्रदेश में स्थित आसवनी एवं बोतलीकरण सयंत्रों के भी सुझाव प्रस्तुत किए गए। अवैध शराब की तस्करी पर रोक लगाने के लिए विशेष टीमों का गठन कर सीमावर्ती इलाकों मे तैनात करने पर भी बैठक में चर्चा की गई।

सरकार का खजाना भरने की तैयारी

गौरतलब है कि प्रदेश में हर साल 31 मार्च के बाद शराब की बिक्री को लेकर नई पालिसी तैयार की जाती है। हालांकि इसे लेकर बैठक पूर्व में फरवरी के आखिरी सप्ताह से शुरू होकर मार्च के मध्य तक पूरी होती हैं। प्रधान सचिव आबकारी एवं कराधान विभाग भरत खेड़ा ने बताया कि आबकारी एवं कराधान विभाग का मुख्य कार्य सरकार के राजस्व में बढ़ोतरी करना है। इसे लेकर तैयारियां शुरू कर दी गई हैं। हिमाचल में शराब के दाम पड़ोसी राज्यों की स्थिति को देखकर तय होंगे, ताकि तस्करी की संभावनाओं को रोका जा सके। फिलहाल, गुरुवार को हुई बैठक में 200 से अधिक लाइसेंस धारकों ने हिस्सा लिया है।

ट्रैक एंड ट्रेस पॉलिसी पर नजर

आबकारी एवं कराधान विभाग की ट्रैक एंड ट्रेस पॉलिसी भी इसी साल लागू होने की संभावना है। इस पॉलिसी के लागू होने के बाद अवैध शराब पर पूरी तरह से नकेल लग जाएगी। शराब की बोतलों पर लगे होलमार्क से इन्हें स्कैन किया जा सकेगा। हालांकि पिछले साल के बजट में भी इस पॉलिसी को शामिल किया था। विश्व बैंक ने भी पॉलिसी को साकार करने के लिए मदद की बात कही है।
